yoga & meditation
For over 20 years, we have been helping people learn yoga in order to benefit their lives. Much more than a fitness or workout, yoga practice promotes heath and wellness from the inside out. Yoga addresses the body, mind, spirit integrated together rather than separate parts of being human.
Practitioners often report feeling grounded, centered, peaceful and overall more engaged and connected in their lives when yoga practice becomes a steady, regular part of their routine.
Our teachers are seasoned experienced professionals who care about each person who attends classes.
We could go on and on about our yoga instructors and how they impact the community though yoga offerings… here’s a little about them from our clients:
“Alice has helped me with yoga as a beginner and with an older body that has some limitations. I feel relaxed and like a new person after class”-MH
“Julie’s gift of yoga teaching goes beyond just postures, though she is excellent in leading us to get stretched and strong in every part!) her care and kindness for everyone spreads though our class and I leave feeling good about the world.” JD
“Even though Ive only taken a few of her classes so far, I am impressed with how Maëla blended gentle yoga and chakra sounds. Even though we didnt ‘do’ much on the outside, my insides feel blissful after her class. ” CH
“Laura’s slow flowing yoga class is just the right pace and amount of stretch and strengthening I need.”-MF
“Cathy’s yoga class is a surprisingly simple but leaves me feeling energized and stronger. The blend of meditative movement and breath awareness is very healing. I brought my 75 yo mother in law to class and she enjoyed it as well. ” -Sue K
